Anything that I felt would hurt me or cause me pain terrified me. I was to the point that, going to a dentist or getting a shot caused me to panic. Agliophobia - Fear of pain overcomes me and I run as fast as I can.
I was skeptical about the Phobia Release techniques, but decided I had tried everything else with no result, so why not one more. I am now free of this phobia thanks to the things I have learned and practiced in this book. Overcoming my fear has allowed me to go to the dentist without having to be put to sleep and the shots I need for my allergies has become normal for me.
