Although Anablephobia- fear of looking up is not all that life altering, it is when you love fireworks and birds flying as well as looking at the stars or your ceiling in your home. My fear was driving me insane. To overcome such a feeling, I needed some help other than a doctor. I read Phobia Release and decided this was the thing that was going to help me in overcoming my fear. After reading and practicing what I read, I was able to free myself from my fear and look up once again. Why this happened, I have no clue, but I am glad it is over.
