Cure for Fear of Thunder and Lightning (Ceraunophobia, Keraunophobia)

I am one of those people who had Astraphobia or Astrapophobia- Fear of thunder and lightning (Ceraunophobia, Keraunophobia) and it was sad. My mother loved thunderstorms and I was terrified of them. I needed to overcome a fear and I needed help. My mom just kept telling me to not to worry they would not hurt me. That did not work. I found Phobia Releases and decided to try one last time for something to help me in overcoming my fear. I have been fear free now for seven months and it is thunderstorm weather here again and I am fine.
