Menophobia- fear of menstruation was a fear that no girl wants to have.
My fear started as soon as my menstrual cycle started. My mom found the book you wrote called Phobia Release.
She helped me with understanding what I was reading and soon I did overcome my fear.
While I am thankful for the book and what it did for me, I was happy my mom helped me do this too.
Overcoming this fear was nice since I will have this forever unless I am pregnant.
I wanted to tell you that the book helped me. My mom said I could write and tell you so you know.
