Methyphobia- fear of alcohol is not a bad fear to have, but it is if all your friends drink and you are constantly harping on them.
I guess that is why one friend bought me your book.
She bought me Energy Therapy and told me to overcome my fear or stop going out with the gang. Overcoming my fear of alcohol was easy with your book.
I have even had a few wine coolers myself although I do not plan to drink much. I am usually the designated driver.
