Mnemophobia
Have you ever heard of anyone having Mnemophobia- fear of memories? I have had this for years.
I tried overcoming this fear with therapy and hypnosis, but nothing worked. I did overcome my fear of memories with Energy Therapy.
This book was so helpful and I wanted to say thank you. I have never been happier and now I am no longer afraid of my memories.
The book has taught me that there is help for everyone including me.
You have no idea how nice it feels to live without a fear of something that you wish you could change.
I am happy to say, I have both good and bad memories, but they do not scare me anymore.
