I had Osmophobia or Osphresiophobia- fear of smells or odors for as long as I can remember.
I was always looking for a way to help myself. I found this book called Phobia Release and decided to try it before I totally lost my mind.
The book was very well written and gave me more than enough information about how to overcome my phobia.
Overcoming my fear has changed things for me. I am no longer afraid of odors or smells, which is a blessing.
Thank you again for this book that I think is the greatest thing I have ever read.
