Phonophobia- fear of noises, voices, or one's own voice; of telephones is an annoying phobia to have more than it is anything.

Overcoming the phobia was difficult for me until I read Phobia Release.

The book was instrumental in helping me overcome my fear. I am no longer afraid of any noises and can now live a normal life.
