When I realized I had Photoaugliaphobia- fear of glaring lights I was amazed that there was even a name for this problem.

I wanted to overcome this fear and found a book called Phobia Release. I must say that I was impressed with how it helped me in overcoming my fear.

It was easier than I thought it would be to do. I am not free of my fear and have this book to thank for it.
